4. How long does it take to get my results?
- For the PCR Test - After testing, the results take 36 to 48 hours.
- For the Antigen Test - After testing, the results take approximately 12 hours.

The results of both tests (PCR and Antigens) are validated and sent via email in PDF format.
6. How long do I have to reserve my Covid-19 Test?
Covid-19 Tests must be reserved no more than 48 hours before the Test Collection. Because the schedule closes and we need to get the supplies.

8. Which laboratory are these tests from?
- DocTour administers Antigen Tests from SD Biosensor, Inc., Abbott Laboratories Inc. and Roche Diagnostics GmbH.
- DocTour administers PCR Tests from Lans Laboratorios de Referencia.
All the tests we offer are approved by the Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS) and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
9. What is the Refund Policy in case of cancellation?
In order to request a refund it is important that you consider the following:- 100% Refund if your cancellation is made within the first 48 hours after your payment.
- 50% Refund if your cancellation is made after the first 48 hours after your payment and up to 72 hours before your test is scheduled.
- No refund if your cancellation is made less than 72 hours before your test is scheduled.
