Remote Services

Not all medical problems need you to commute to see the doctor, and we know it! To get Medical Orientation call 800 DOCTOUR or send us an e-mail to mdorientation@doctour.com.mx to get advice on general traveler’s health issues, to request and/or schedule any of our services.

*If the patient is less than 5 years old, an on-site consultation needs to be scheduled.

On-site Services

In case your problem cannot be solved by any of the aforementioned services, the rest of our services can go to your Vacation Rental or Hotel Room.

 

To request or schedule an on-site consultation or ask for a nursing service call 998 267 0073, or send us an email to mdorientation@doctour.com.mx with the following information: Name, your preferred language (English, Spanish, French or Portuguese) and date (day and hour window), and the service or the motive of your request.

 

Example 1,

 

Subject: On-site consultation

 

Body of email: "I would like to schedule an appointment in English for John Doe, for this Friday 2 of August between 2pm and 3pm."

 

Example 2,

 

Subject: Nursing Services

 

Body of e-mail: "I would like to request a Nurse for John Doe so she can apply his medication, for this Friday 2 morning at 9 am."

 

We will send you an e-mail confirming your request and with the instructions to pay and access your service.

Third party Services

To know which third party services are active or apply to the area of your place of stay, call 800 DOCTOUR, or send us an e-mail to mdorientation@doctour.com.mx and we will respond to your request.

 

To request medication delivery, follow the option that applies to you:

 

1. If you have a prescription.*

 

Send us an email mdorientation@doctour.com.mx with the following information: Name, (the service you are requesting), a photo of your prescription, the delivery address.

 

Example,

 

Subject: Medication Delivery

 

Body of e-mail: "I would like to have my medicine delivered to my hotel. My hotel is Best Hotel in Best City, I am in room No 207."

 

Attachment: Photo of Prescription

 

We will send you an e-mail confirming the delivery details and with the instructions to pay.

*For a prescription to be a valid prescription for delivery, it must be issued in the Mexican territory and by an authorized Mexican physician. If your prescription does meet this requirements, please consult online here or follow the next instructions.

 

2. If you don’t have a prescription.

 

Consult with one of our Doctors here, or schedule an appointment by calling 800 DOCTOUR, or sending an e-mail to mdorientation@doctour.com.mx. At the end of your consultation your prescription will be sent to you.
